Boski is an AI agent that wants you to win. Gets all the mundane stuff done and helps you live your best life.

Boski can do your groceries, schedule doctor appointments, or even find you a new job.

By 2027, everyone will have a personal AGI constantly working for them and we're building it.

We want to win that market and become the most popular personal AI agent in the world.

We are now building the founding team. Let's talk.

At Boski, everyone wears many hats. This position is no different, and you will have an incredible impact across all fronts of our creative output.

You will own three creative surfaces:

• UI and product taste. Review the product UI we ship every day. Bring your own opinions and designs. You are our Benji Taylor.
• Animation and motion. Create launch videos, ad motion, and in-product animations. Make Boski feel alive. You are our in-house Skale.
• Content and ads. Direct, record, and edit Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid ad videos. No need to act in them, but we need someone who will take the ownership behind the story we share. We like Duolingo for the mascot, Ryanair for the humor and Cluely for building in public (less for the ragebait).

The ideal member of our team:

• Has shown excellence in one of the following: content creation, animation / motion design, or product design.
• Learns fast and takes ownership of the remaining two.
• Values speed over process and iteration over perfection.
• Does not ask for permission and is comfortable shipping to production with little guidance.
• Sees personal AI as the most important thing they can work on right now.

You should also feel comfortable taking ownership and deliver fast any other visual work we will have in the future.

We are currently 3 people strong:

• Woj (Founder) started 3 other companies, sold his previous one to Farcaster and now is building the most ambitious one.
• Radek (Founding Engineer) was one of the earliest engineers in Docplanner ($500M raised) and Viktor ($75M raised).
• Wiktor (Founding Operations Manager) is bringing operational excellence after starting his career at BNP Paribas.

We are bringing Silicon Valley business culture to Warsaw. If you always wanted to build a global, rapidly growing company but never wanted to move 9 time zones away from your parents, this is genuinely your best opportunity to do so.

We are working 6-7 days a week, 10-12 hours a day and plan to win big.
