We are a small team based in Warsaw. We previously built 2 Polish unicorns, bootstrapped profitable companies, sold a company to a startup run by Silicon Valley legends, and operated a large European bank.

    We want to achieve the impossible and build a global company. Unfortunately this means sacrificing some balance in private life. This is not a good place for you if you have some very important hobbies or side projects.

    Action produces information. We are not afraid of shipping things that may not work or are not ready yet. We learn, we iterate and we move very fast. This is not a good place for you if you value perfection.

  3. Pragmatism over dreaming

    To achieve our mission we will need strong finances and we know how to get there. This is not a good place for you if you don't want to be exposed to the business side and working on driving revenue.
