Founding Design Engineer at Boski

You will shape how Boski works and feels, then build it yourself. Own the product experience from the first prototype to the details people use every day.

Our ideal person for this role is someone like Benji Taylor: strong product taste and the engineering skill to bring it to life.

You will be working on the following problems:

• Own how Boski looks, feels, and works across web and iOS.
• Design and build intuitive interfaces for a personal AI agent that acts on your behalf.
• Prototype interactions in code, test them with users, and ship improvements quickly.
• Take features from early sketches through production, including the engineering needed to make them work.
• Build reusable components and evolve our design system as the product grows.
• Refine motion and interaction details while keeping the product accessible and fast.

• Turns rough ideas into working prototypes and production interfaces.
• Cares deeply about typography, layout, motion, and interaction details.
• Builds accessible, responsive interfaces that feel fast and intuitive.
• Values speed over process and iteration over perfection.
• Takes ownership and is comfortable shipping to production with little guidance.
• Sees personal AI as the most important thing they can work on right now.

You will be working with the following tech stack:

• TypeScript, React, and Next.js for web.
• SwiftUI for iOS.
• Figma and code for design and prototyping.
• Vercel AI SDK and AI Gateway for AI-powered product experiences.

We are currently 3 people strong:

• Woj (Founder) started 3 other companies, sold his previous one to Farcaster and now is building the most ambitious one.
• Radek (Founding Engineer) was one of the earliest engineers in Docplanner ($500M raised) and Viktor ($75M raised).
• Wiktor (Founding Operations Manager) is bringing operational excellence after starting his career at BNP Paribas.
