We want to win that market and become the most popular personal AI agent in the world.

You will be working on the following problems:

• Scale the infrastructure that lets AI agents operate for millions of users.
• Build state-of-the-art agentic UX.
• Create observability, benchmarks, and evals for trillions of tokens.
• Make sure every token delivers maximum value at minimum cost.
• Build and maintain cutting-edge integrations with WhatsApp and iMessage.

Ideal member of our team:

• Exceptional software engineer or founder with previous wins (or big losses).
• Shipped agents to production at scale.
• Values speed over process and iteration over perfection.
• Doesn't ask for permission, comfortable shipping to prod with little guidance.
• Sees personal AI as the most important thing they can work on right now.

You will be working with the following tech stack:

• TypeScript, Fastify, Drizzle, Postgres on Neon, Vercel AI SDK, AI Gateway, Vercel Workflow, GKE.
• SwiftUI iOS / Next.js web.

Every engineer gets the $200/mo codex sub.

We are currently 3 people strong:

• Woj (Founder) started 3 other companies, sold his previous one to Farcaster and now is building the most ambitious one.
• Radek (Founding Engineer) was one of the earliest engineers in Docplanner ($500M raised) and Viktor ($75M raised).
• Wiktor (Founding Operations Manager) is bringing operational excellence after starting his career at BNP Paribas.
