Help me cut down my screen time

Boski sets a daily limit with you and checks in when the evening starts.

Your phone already reports your screen time. Seeing the number every Sunday rarely changes the next week.

What helps is a plan for the hours that slip away, usually in the evening.

Tell Boski where you are

Share your daily average and the goal you want. Boski sets a daily limit with you and picks a time each evening to check in.

Help me cut my screen time. I'm at five hours a day and want to get to three.
Start with a limit of 4.5 hours a day this week, then drop 30 minutes each week. I'll check in at 8pm every night.
Evenings are the worst part
Then at 8 I'll ask for your number so far and suggest one thing to do instead of scrolling.

Boski checks in each evening

At the time you chose, Boski asks how the day went and keeps track of your numbers. After a good week, it lowers the limit a little. A rough week keeps it where it is.

You set the goal and the pace. Change the check-in time or pause it whenever you like.
