Make me a workout plan that fits my week

Boski plans your workouts around your week and logs each set you text it.

A training plan often lives in a note you stop opening. Each session then starts with guessing what you lifted last time.

Writing the plan is the easy part. Fitting it into your week and keeping count of every set is where it slips.

Tell Boski your week

Boski asks how many days a week you can train and what matters most to you. Then it proposes a plan with the sets and rep ranges for each exercise. It saves the plan once you say yes.

Boski books the time

With Google Calendar connected, Boski finds a free slot on each training day and shows you the times. It adds the workouts after your yes and leaves your other events alone.

Boski also works without Calendar. It asks which times suit you and can remind you before each workout once you agree.

Text each set

At the gym, text each set as you finish it, like "bench 40 x 8". Boski logs it and gives you the next set.

bench 40 x 8
Logged bench 40 x 8. Next: 40 x 8.
6 this time
Logged 40 x 6. Last set: 37.5 x 8.

Your plan and every set you log stay in your files. Boski checks in only when you ask it to, and you can change the plan whenever your week changes.
