Introducing Boski Fitness
Boski Fitness plans your training around your week. At the gym, text each set. Boski logs it and tells you what to do next.
I've been working out with Boski for a long time. Today anyone can: Boski Fitness is live.
It's a set of skills for planning your workouts and tracking every set. What I love most is how little it takes. I text a set between sets, and Boski already knows the rest of my training.
Get a plan that fits your week
Pick "Health & Fitness" when you sign up, or ask Boski for a workout plan. Boski asks how many days a week you can train and what matters most to you. Then it proposes a plan with sets and rep ranges for each exercise. It saves the plan once you say yes.
Already following a plan in Strong or Hevy? Send Boski a screenshot. It turns it into your plan and tells you anything it couldn't read.
Put it in your calendar
With Google Calendar connected, Boski finds a free hour on each training day and shows you the times. It adds the workouts after your yes. It leaves your other events alone.
If you'd rather skip Calendar, Boski asks which times suit you. It can remind you before each workout once you agree.
Text each set
At the gym, text each set as you finish it, like "bench 60 x 8". Boski logs it and gives you the next set. The next set comes from your plan and from what you lifted last session.
Say "done for today" and you get the whole session in one short block, with a note or two for next time.
A coach that knows your log
Every set you log stays in your files. Ask what to train today, and Boski picks the day that's due with today's weights. Ask how you're progressing, and it names the lifts that stalled for three sessions or more. Then it suggests one or two changes to try.
For pain or an injury, Boski tells you to stop that exercise and check with a professional.
Try it
Boski Fitness is live on boski.com and in the iPhone beta at boski.com/testflight. See how it works, then send Boski: "Make me a workout plan that fits my week."
